This function allows you to export one NC Item to XML.
Must not be in edit mode.
Status = GetItemAsXML (iUid, oXML);
Input: (int ) iUid
Nc Item ID
Output: (string )oXml
Text of XML
Return: (int) status
0 = Operation successful. 1 = Error – Nc Item ID not valid. 2 = Error – Not in idle mode. 3 = Error – Operation failure.
