This function allows you to change pen of one NC Item.
Must not be in edit mode.
Status = PenMotions (iUid, iPen);
Input: (int ) iUid
Nc Item ID
Input: (int ) iPen
Pen width
Return: (int) status
0 = Operation successful. 1 = Error – Nc Item ID not valid. 2 = Error – Pen not valid. 3 = Error – Not in idle mode. 4 = Error – Operation failure.
