Modeling Preferences > Cut Management
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to Modeling > Cut Management.
When using the Cut Manager function, define whether parts in an Assembly that have the 'Not Cut Automatically' property selected are considered in the Cut calculations.
The Cut Management dialog is displayed:
Interaction
This setting is used to speed up the cut calculations; By default, parts with the 'Not Cut Automatically' property enabled are immediately ignored and not collision checked (no checks are made on their positional bounding box). To perform cut analysis on every part in the assembly, mark the Show parts that cannot be cut in the Cut Manager window checkbox.
