Direction for one way machining
Define the direction of movement of the tool on the part depending on the rotation direction of the machine spindle.
- Climb : tool movement and the spindle rotation are in the same direction (see the image on the left).
- Conventional : tool movement is opposite to the spindle rotation.

Intermediate slices
This feature can be used to remove rest material on shallow walls or floor surfaces.
Two types of ordering are available for Intermediate slices machining:
- 'After each depth step' - additional slices will be processed after each corresponding regular slice.
- 'After last depth step' - additional slices will be processed after the last regular slice is finished.

The animation shows the sequence of intermediate slices machining with the 'after each depth step' option enabled.

Intermediate slices are processed after all regular slices.
