Statistics Docking Pane

The Statistics Docking Pane show useful information about the machining process.

It is grouped into 3 main sections, click the image to jump to the descriptions for that panel:

  • Move: this shows information about the current move

  • Operation: this shows information about the current operation

  • Sequence: this shows information about all operations

Move section

This shows information about the current move:

  • Move: Block number for the current move

  • Feed rate: Current move (FEED or RAPID)

  • Move Type: Type of the current move (approach-line, retract - line, contour-line;contour- arc; lead-in/out-arc)

  • RTCP mode: Specifies if either machine angle based or vector based interpolation functionality is enabled or not for the current move

  • Machine Time: Machining time for the current move

  • Spindle Speed: Information related to spindle setting for the current move

  • Tool Tip Position: Details related to X, Y, Z coordinates of the tool tip, for the current move

  • Tool Center Position: Details related to X, Y, Z coordinates of the tool center, for the current move

  • Machine Angles: Details related to machine angles that are set for the current move

Operation section

This shows information about the current operation:

  • Operation: Number of the current operation and also the comments introduced by the user

  • Block: Current block number from current operation/total blocks numbers of that operation

  • Tool: Tool details

  • Operation Machining Time (current/total): Machining time for the current operation (the total time of the moves, that were simulated from the current operation/the total time of all the moves from that operation)

  • Feed Rate Time: Total feed rate time, considering the entire current operation (feed moves)

  • Rapid Rate Time: Total rapid rate time, considering the entire current operation (rapid moves)

  • Waiting time: Total time, defined as waiting time, from current operation

  • Changing Tool Time: Total time, defined as changing tool time, from current operation

  • Operation Toolpath Length (current/total): Toolpath length for the current operation (the total length of the moves, that were simulated from the current operation/the total length of all the moves from that operation)

  • Feed Rate Length: Total toolpath length, considering the entire current operation (feed moves)

  • Rapid Rate Time: Total toolpath length, considering the entire current operation (rapid moves)

  • Min/Max: Minimum/maximum values for X, Y and Z axis and feed-rate, considering the entire current operation.

Sequence section

This shows information about all operations

  • Number of operations: Total number of operations from the entire simulation

  • Block: Current block number from the simulation/total blocks numbers from the entire simulation

  • Number of Tools: Number of tools used in the entire simulation

  • Number of Tools Changes: How many times the tool was changed in the entire simulation

  • Total Machining Time (current/total): Machining time for the entire simulation (the total time of the moves, that were simulated/the total time of all the moves from the entire simulation)

  • Feed Rate Time: Total feed rate time, considering the entire simulation (feed moves)

  • Rapid Rate Time: Total rapid rate time, considering the entire simulation (rapid moves)

  • Waiting time: Total time, defined as waiting time, from the entire simulation

  • Changing Tool Time: Total time, defined as changing tool time, from the entire simulation

  • Total Toolpath Length (current/total): Toolpath length for the entire simulation (the total length of the moves, that were simulated /the total length of all the moves from the entire simulation )

  • Feed Rate Length: Total toolpath length, considering the entire simulation (feed moves)

  • Rapid Rate Time: Total toolpath length, considering the entire simulation (rapid moves)

  • Min/Max: Minimum/maximum values for X, Y and Z axis and feed-rate, considering the entire simulation.
