Machine Between Layers: Between Layers Strategy

When machining between layers, define the machining strategy to be used. This defines the technology used to machine the intermediate layers.

Rough

Use only the Rough machining strategy when machining intermediate layers.

Note: Compare the above picture with those when the Machine Between Layer branch = NoMachine Between Layer branch = No.

The examples below show two cases when Machine Between Layers is not used:

Tool Trajectory branch: Vertical Step Type = Fixed.

Tool Trajectory branch: Vertical Step Type = Fixed + Horizontal Planes.

Finish

Use only the Finish machining strategy when machining intermediate layers.
