Dilute Passes = OFF

Do not dilute passes in narrow horizontal areas. The number of passes along the whole milling region is driven by the largest section and the Side Step.

This increases machining time and the cutter maintains constant contact with the machined surface.

Dilute passes in narrow horizontal areas. The actual Side Step at each section is maintained between the user Side Step and 1/2 the user Side Step.

This reduces machining time, but may cause the cutter to leave the part more often.
