Tool Trajectory: Interpolation Mode

Define the appropriate interpolation mode to achieve the best connection result. Interpolation is the positioning of the cutter at each step along the connection path, in relation to the local normal of that step.

Linear

Orientate the tool to the normal of its current location on the connection path.

Use Pivot

Orientate the tool to the same orientation as that of the next point.

Mid Point

Orientate the tool to the same orientation as that of the previous point.
