Pre-Final Layer
To improve surface quality, you may want the last layer to be thinner than the rest.
When ON, this indicates that a pre-final layer is required. In this case, an additional parameter is available:
Pre-Final Layer Offset
This specifies the width (height) of the pre-final layer.
Default = 0.1*mxclmdsr. Minimum value = 0, Maximum value = Down Step.
