Drafting Preferences > General > Character Size
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to Drafting > General > Character Size.
Define the default character sizes of the general tool and drafting annotations.
Character sizes can be defined globally by the general character size of the file (the character size which appears in the menu bar) or each annotation can be given a specific size.
The Character Size dialog is displayed.
Interaction

Set the required character sizes.
Either define the character sizes globally (as above), or define specific sizes for each annotation.
Defining a global character size
a. Enter the General character size.
b. Leave the other character sizes As General.
Defining a specific font size for each annotation
a. Click the required As General button, toggle it to Specify size, and enter the required font size.
b. Set the required character size.

Select the appropriate approval option.
