Electrode Preferences > Name Generator > Separator
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or

Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to Electrode > Name Generator > Separator.
Define the separator between the segments of file names created by the name generator. The character that is used can be seen in the Preview in the Main_Assembly, Electrode_Name and Folder leaves in the Tree Pane.
The Separator dialog is displayed:

Define the separator between the segments of file names created by the name generator.
The default separator is the dash sign. However, any valid character for a file/folder name can be used, such as: \ / : * ? “ < > |. You can also delete the existing separator and set no separator.
If an illegal character is used, an appropriate message is displayed.

Press the appropriate approval option.
