General Preferences > Measuring Precision
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to General > Measuring Precision.
Set the number of precision digits after the decimal point.
The Measuring Precision dialog is displayed.
Interaction
Select the decimal precision from the dropdown menu for each measuring field.
Press the appropriate approval option.
