Print Preview

Access: Open this function from the following location:

Press the Preview button on the Print dialog.

Show a preview of the print out before printing.

The Print Preview dialog is displayed.

Use the options at the top of the dialog to Print the preview, view the Next and Previous pages (if any) of the preview, Zoom In and Out, and Close the preview. When closing the Print Preview, you are returned to the Print dialog.
