This function allows you to delete one NC Item from NC Process Manager.
Must not be in edit mode.
Status = DeleteNcItem (iUid);
Input: (int ) iUid
Nc Item ID
Return: (int) status
0 = Operation successful. 1 = Error – Nc Item ID not valid. 2 = Error – Not in idle mode. 3 = Error – Operation failure.
