In order to make the bets decisions regarding connections after the cycle and regarding the tool position after the cycle, the EX2 program needs to know about the next cycle.
This information is provided with a new variable, CYC_NEXT, which can get one of the following values (predefined GPP2 constants):
CYC_OFF: there is no next cycle. The next cycle block has the off qualifier.
CYC_SAME: there is a next cycle, and it is of the same orientation as the current one.
CYC_ROTATED: there is a next cycle, but it has a different orientation than the current one (so some rotation will be needed between the holes).
