Mechanism Assembly: Defining the Main Part

Access: Open this function from the following location:

Select Catalog > Create Mechanism Assembly > Main Part from the Assembly menu bar.

Define the Main Part in the Mechanism Assembly.

Notes:

The assembly must meet certain conditions in order to be a Mechanism Assembly.
The Main Part will always be in the assembly and cannot be dependent in other parts.
Only a catalog part can be selected as the Main Part.
Only one part can be the Main Part.
