This tab is used to find out more about gouges, excesses, and refine in the process material (stock).

Material Removal Analysis

• Gouge & Excess Report:
  • Show Gouges: When enabled, an orange label is displayed for every gouge found, indicating the position of the gouge, the deviation from the workpiece, the tool that caused it, and the block number where the gouge has occurred.
  • Show Excesses: When enabled, a blue label is displayed for every excess material found, indicating the position of the excess, the deviation from the workpiece, the tool that caused it and the block number where the gouge has occurred
• Apply Refine & Reset Refine: allows the user to dynamically zoom in and out the stock part. Zoom to the area that you are interested in refining and click Apply Refine. The material except the portion which is visible on the screen will be removed. This material that remains visible will be calculated with a higher resolution (The zoom can be repeated onto the new area). Hit the Reset Refine to reset all refinements made (return to the full stock).
