Drill: Global Depth

Global Depth Type

Global Depth	One depth is to be applied to all drilling holes.
Global Z-Top	All drilling will start at the same Z level.
Global Z-Bottom	All drilling will end at the same Z level.
Multiple	If holes of varying depth are selected, and the depth is calculated automatically, this parameter will appear.
