Fixed Vertical Step Type

The system creates fixed down step motions between each two corresponding layers.
The system might use a different down step for each pair of corresponding major layers, depending on the geometry of the part in this area.
In any case, the fixed down step will not be greater than the Maximum Vertical Step.
