Narrow & Wide Strips Connection

When machining strips of varying widths with the same number of passes, select a machining method from the dropdown list.

This parameter appears in the Tool Trajectory parameter table ("Advanced" mode) of the Cleanup procedure.

Widen Narrow Strip

Keep the same number of passes between the strips and keep the same side step between passes as used when machining the widest strip. This means that some machining motions will be beyond the narrow strip boundaries.

Keep Strip Narrow

Keep the same number of passes between the strips, but automatically compress the side step between passes when machining a narrow strip. This means that no machining motions will be beyond the narrow strip boundaries.

This is the default option.
