Modeling Preferences > Colors > Add Operation
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to Modeling > Colors > Add Operation.
Set the default color for the add operation.
The Add Operation dialog is displayed.
Interaction
-
Define which colors to add to the color palette.

Press the appropriate approval option.
