NC Preferences > NC Create Type
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or
-
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to NC > NC Create Type.
Define how you want toolpaths and procedures created, from templates or manually. Also, define the default template UCS and the default directory for templates.
The NC Create Type dialog is displayed.

Template UCS: as Active |
Run procedures using the currently active UCS. |
Template UCS: as Original |
Run procedures using the UCS that was originally saved in the template. |
Template: Current Folder |
Set the current folder as the default template folder. |
Template: Home Folder |
Set the home folder as the default template folder. |
Template: <folder> |
Define a folder as the default template folder. |
Replace Magazine Number from Template |
When loading a cutter from a template, if the defined magazine number is already in use, enable the system to create a new magazine number. If the magazine number is not already in use, use the magazine number defined in the template. An appropriate message is displayed. |
Replace Magazine Number from Template (always) to be 99999999 |
When creating a new cutter in the Cutter Table due to applying a Template or attaching Sequences to hole groups, set its Magazine Number to be 99999999. |
Keep Magazine Number as defined in Template |
When loading a cutter from a template, use the defined magazine number, even if the magazine number is already in use. An appropriate message is displayed. |
