Constraint Filter 
Access: Invoke the Sketcher, define the sketch plane and then invoke this function from the following location:

Click the Sketcher Tools
> Constraint Filter button in the Sketcher toolbar.
Define which constraints will be highlighted and created automatically.
The Constraints dialog is displayed:

Select the required constraints. Select the Skip all constraints option to enable you to draw a free sketch with no constraints. (Alternatively, you can also click the ALT tab to draw a free sketch with no constraints). |
Notes:

You can set global constraint filter options by selecting Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.

The last parameters selected in the function are kept as the default for the next time you access the function.
