Point Cloud to Mesh 
Access: Open this function from one of the following locations:

Select Mesh > General Tools > Point Cloud to Mesh from the menu bar.

Select Point Cloud to Mesh from the Mesh Guide Toolbar.
Create a mesh object from a point cloud.
This is used, for example, when using scanned data for comparing and running deviation analysis with the design model targeting design deformation.
