General Preferences > Tooltips
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to General > Tooltips.
Control the display of pictures in tooltips.
The Tooltips dialog is displayed.
Interaction

Set the following parameters:

Show Pictures in Tooltips |
When ON, display pictures in the menubar tooltips. |
|
Show tooltip after <n> seconds |
Set the time delay after which the pictures will be displayed in the tooltips. |

Press the appropriate approval option.
