Add cutters from a <Product_Name>   file.

Add a cutter from the Cutter Library.
The cutter library structure is covered in a later exercise.

Add Recently Used cutters.
When selecting this option, the recently used cutters list is displayed. You can select cutters from the list highlighted in the following image.
