Deleting Files/Folders
Using the Cimatron Explorer, files or folders can be deleted; unused files can also be deleted.

To delete a file or folder:
In the Cimatron Explorer, select the file or folder you want to delete.
Delete the selected item. Either select Delete <file/folder name> from the submenusubmenu or use the keyboard.
Note: Deleted items are treated similarly as the Delete operation of the operating system. On Local disks, the deleted items are moved to the Recycle Bin and can be restored. (They can be deleted permanently by holding down the SHIFT button when pressing Delete.) On a Network, the deleted items are always deleted permanently.
