Wireframe Menu: Main Tools
Group of functions used to perform operations on existing curves.
The functions included in this group are:

Create a contour from a series of curves/edges. |
|

Extend a curve. The existing curve is either modified or a new curve is created. |

|

Create a line. |
|
|
|
Offset a curve along 3D faces (or mesh) so that the offset value is kept along the selected faces. |

Offset an edge or curve. |

|
|
Project curves, edges, and/or points onto faces or planes. |

The Cimatron Sketcher is the graphic environment used to create sketches - 2D parametric geometry. The 2D geometry can then be used elsewhere in Cimatron's hybrid environment, such as in Part Modeling functions or in NC. The Sketcher is a powerful, yet intuitive, tool enabling you to create and modify entities in relation to each other. |
