Cut/Divide Mesh 
Access: Open this function from one of the following locations:

Select Mesh > General Tools > Cut / Divide from the menu bar.

Select Cut / Divide from the Mesh Guide Toolbar.
Cut or divide mesh objects.
Note: Similar functions are available for B-rep models; see Cut, Divide by Contour and Divide by Object.

The following is the Feature Guide for Cut/Divide (Mesh).

Tip: You can open the Feature Guide at any time by right-clicking the mouse in the graphic display area.Required Step 1 
: Pick one or more mesh objects to be cut.
Required Step 2 : Pick a plane, face(s) or open / closed object(s) as the cutting entity.

One object can be used to cut multiple objects, or multiple objects can be used to cut one object.
-
Face(s) can only be used to cut one solid.
