Surface Offset and Spark Gap
The Part Surface Floor Offset parameter enables a Part and/or Check Surface Offset in the Z direction only. This allows you to leave different amounts of materials on the walls (Part Surface Wall Offset) and on the bottom of the part (Part Surface Floor Offset).
The Spark Gap is the distance between the electrode and the work piece where discharges are occurring.
In the second Toolpath, edit the first Roughfirst Rough procedure.

Set Offsets as shown in the following image:
Enter the Spark Gap + 3D Orbit to 0.2 mm under the Electrode Machining tab.
Save & calculate the procedure.
The Spark Gap can be clearly seen by measuring the difference between the first Rough procedures in the two toolpaths (the YELLOW toolpath using the Spark Gap).

Viewing the Remaining Stock of both procedures, you can see that both the Floor Offset and Spark Gap parameters enable the tool to machine with a greater accuracy, closer to the Electrode walls.
