Initial Stock accuracy is too low. This may affect machining quality. Consider defining a smaller initial stock or change the initial stock type to be Box or Bounding Box. |
Low stock accuracy caused by “Large” Stock defined by contours or by surfaces |
|
Delete the current and previous stock and also the part, and then define a smaller Initial Stock. |

The part is far from the MODEL UCS. This may affect machining quality due to reduced accuracy of the Stock. Consider moving the part closer to the MODEL UCS. |

Some faces are beyond the procedure’s tolerance. |
Tolerant Model - the geometry has gaps larger than the procedure’s tolerance, there may be gouges or quality problems in the toolpath that the user may not be aware of. These faces have been put in the set, Faces out of tolerance. Try to heal the gaps for these faces using the CAD functions. |
