Face-Face Round
: Options and Results
Access: Open this function from one of the following locations:

Click the
button in the toolbar.

Select Solid > Modification > Face-Face Round from the menu bar.
Create round faces or surfaces between two groups of faces.
This function can be used to create rounds between groups of non-adjacent or adjacent faces.
Non-Adjacent Faces
Required Step 1 
Select the first face or group of faces.
Press <exit><exit> when finished.
Required Step 2 
Select the second face or group of faces.
Press <exit><exit> when finished.
Required Step 3 
Set the rounding radius. The first and second groups of face are labeled.
The default rounding option is Trim Faces - all faces that are located within the round will be trimmed. The rounded face is shown in red.
If you do not want to trim faces, toggle Trim Faces to Keep Original.
In this case, the round is added to the original part as a face.
When you have set the parameters, click OK or Apply
in the Feature Guide to complete the function.
When completed, the Round Face-Face will appear in the tree as follows:
Adjacent Faces
Note: For adjacent faces you can also use the Round function, in which case you are rounding edges instead of faces.
Required Step 1 
Select the first face or group of faces.
Press <exit><exit> when finished.
Required Step 2 
Select the second face or group of faces.
Press <exit><exit> when finished.
Required Step 3 
Set the rounding radius. The first and second groups of face are labelled.
Using the Trim Faces option, the results are as shown below. The rounded faces are shown in yellow.
When you have set the parameters, click OK or Apply
in the Feature Guide to complete the function.
When completed, the Round Face-Face feature will appear in the Feature Tree as follows:
