Highlight Split Direction 
Access: Open this function from one of the following locations:

Select Parting > QuickSplit > Highlight Split Direction from the menu bar.

Select Parting > Highlight Split Direction from the Mold Design Guide Toolbar or Parting Guide Toolbar.

Select Highlight Split Direction in the assembly graphics area popup menu.
Highlight the split direction of a face.
This function is available whenever a face that belongs to a split direction is selected. With this function, you can pick:
A single face that belongs to any split direction - irrespective of which component is active.
Multiple faces from a single part that belong to the same split direction - irrespective of which component is active.
Note: When Highlight Split Direction is selected, the tree display switches to the Parting Tree tab (unless it is already on Parting Tree).
