Mold Design Menu: Tools
Access: Open this group of functions from one of the following locations:

Select Mold Design > Tools from the menu bar. Select the required function.

Select the relevant function from the Mold Design Guide Toolbar.

Select the relevant function from the Parting Guide Toolbar.
This is a general group of tools used for mold operations.
The following functions are available in this group:

Cut a part by active and parting surfaces of an opening direction. |

Create a compatible hole for an insert. Use this function when a simple boolean cut operation does not meet your requirements. |

Open the Setup table and define default parameters for the mold layout. These include data for bounding, delta sizes, shrinkage factor, and more. |
