Floating Selection Toolbar
The commands that are available in the Floating toolbar depend on the currently active file type (Part, Assembly, Drafting, or NC Manufacturing).
Note: The Floating Selection toolbar commands can also be found in the Edit > Selection menu in the Cimatron window.
Using the Selection Toolbar
Highlighted icons indicate that the specific option is ON; for example:

The Filters toolbar icons (for geometry selection) are toggle options: ON/OFF.
Clicking a filter icon switches ON that specific filter functionality. Multiple filters may be selected.
Double-clicking a filter icon switches it ON and switches OFF all other filters. To return to the default filter state, click the Reset Selection Filters button:

Selection Toolbar options
The following entity selection options are available in the Selection Floating toolbar (the toolbar for the Assembly environment is displayed below):

Unselect all entities. |

Select all entities. |

Define which faces are displayed as selected when picking faces. The following dropdown options are available (the icon for the last used option is displayed after the dropdown is collapsed):

Define the options to quickly filter entities by color. Use the Quick Color Filter icons (in the Selection Floating Toolbar) as a short cut for the Selection Filter options. Select from the screen an entity of the desired color or colors, then use the color filter to limit mass selection by only these colors, or all but these colors. The following dropdown options are available (the icon for the last used option is displayed after the dropdown is collapsed):

Entities selected when picking by dragging. |
Define which entities are displayed as selected when picking entities by cursor dragging. The following dropdown options are available (the icon for the last used option is displayed after the dropdown is collapsed):
