Required Step 1
Select the required parameter and pick the appropriate entities.
The following parameter is displayed for this Circle function.
Arc / |
This toggle option defines whether the result of this operation is an arc or a circle.
|
Pick the appropriate entities to complete the operation:
-
Pick the 1st curve to which the Circle will be tangent.
-
Pick the 2nd curve to which the Circle will be tangent.
-
Pick the point through which the Circle will pass.
There are a number of possible Circle solutions depending on where the curves are picked. The circles can also be created tangent to the linear extensions of lines and splines and the natural extension of arcs.
The corresponding Arc solutions are very similar.
Click OKOK or ApplyApply in the Feature Guide to complete the function.
When completed, the Circle feature will appear in the Feature Tree.
