Interaction

  1. Set the parameters.

Single Color Sets

When changing the set color of Single Color Criteria Sets, define the option that determines whether the color of entities that are currently in the set should be changed to the new color.

Always Change Color

Change the color criterion of the set and also change the color of all the entities that had the previous color to the new color.

The default is ON - selected.

Never Change Color

Change the color criterion of the set but don't change the color of all the entities that had the previous color to the new color.

This means that all the entities that had the previous color are now excluded from the set. However, entities that have the new color are now included in the set.

The default is OFF.

Load Sets

If an imported set has the same name as that of an existing set, define the default mechanism for dealing with this case:

Don’t import criteria sets with similar names

Criteria sets with the same name will not be imported.

Override criteria sets with similar names

Criteria sets with the same name will be imported and will override the old ones.
This is the default option.

Duplicate criteria sets with similar names

The imported set name is changed with a #<counter> added to the set name.

Note: If there are 2 sets with the same name but not the same type of set (Set by Criteria and Set by Selection), the following occurs:

  • If you load a Selection Set into a file that already has a set with the same name (regardless of whether it is a Selection or Criteria Set), the sets are never duplicated.

  • If you load a Criteria Set into a file that already has a Selection Set with the same name, the files are always duplicated.
