MoldDesign Preferences
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or
-
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to MoldBase.
Define MoldDesign preferences.
Parameters defined in the Preferences will be set as defaults throughout Cimatron. This automatic definition of parameters can save you time and also ensures consistency.
The following MoldDesign Preferences can be defined (listed alphabetically):
Define the default color of MoldDesign cooling entities. |

Define the default cooling item holes parameter settings. These parameters are used in the function Add Cooling Item With Channel. |

Define the default text to be used after a Cooling Label, instead of the In/Out text displayed after the 'main' label text. |

When creating an Ejector Pocket feature, define whether or not to create the complementary faces and set. |
|
Many Cimatron Explorer components are created automatically while working with the MoldDesign application. The names of these components are defined by the Name Generator rules. |

When defining a Runner Part, set whether to create the runner part under the main assembly or under the active sub-assembly. |
|
Define the default setups while working with the MoldDesign application. |
