NC Preferences > Drill
Access: Invoke this function from one of the following locations:

Select the Preferences button
from the Quick Access Toolbar, or -
Select Tools > Main Tools > Preferences from the menu bar.
Navigate to NC > Drill.
Set the default Automated Drill preferences.
The following preferences can be defined:

Define the default settings for the Automated Drill procedure to run in Automatic mode, where Hole Groups and their attached Sequences are automatically created during the procedure calculation. |

Define the display attributes of items in the Automated Drill - Group and Sequence Manager. |
|
|
Define the default naming convention for groups in the Automated Drill procedure. The names assigned to groups of holes can either be user or system-defined. |
|
|
Set the sort order of the cutter types (cutter families) that were defined in Preferences > General > General NC. |
|
|
Define the tolerance parameter values that are used to identify holes and to create groups of similar holes for the Automated Drill procedure. |
