Welcome to the Cimatron Tutorials
These tutorials are arranged to reflect the major modules within Cimatron.
For new users, we have the Getting Started section, which provides a Quick Tour, explains the Cimatron Environment, and introduces the Cimatron Explorer.
The Tutorial then provides exercises to introduce each element of the Cimatron software, including:
- Sketcher
- Design, including Solid, Faces, and Curves sections
- Drafting
- Assembly, including using the Catalog
- Mesh
- Mold creation, including Parting Analysis and Lifters
- Cooling (Advanced, with channels, and Conformal)
- ECO (Basic and Advanced)
- Electrodes
- Die Design (Basic and Advanced)
- Numerical Control, including Turning, 2.5 Axis, Machine Simulation, Automated Drilling, Parameters, Plate Machining, and 5X Production.
There are also sections explaining some of the conventions used in the tutorials, and tips on how to recognize when your installation may have been customized to your requirements.
