Cimatron Sketcher Functions
The following functions appear in the Sketcher toolbar (in alphabetical order):
Create constraints between entities. |
Add selected entities as actual geometry in the sketch. |
Add selected entities as reference entities in the sketch. |
Create an arc. |
Allow the Sketcher to take automatic references (taken for visible entities without adding them as references). This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Show automatic references (taken for visible entities without adding them as references). This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Create a point at the center of the bounding box of selected entities. |
Create a circle. |
Close the gap between open end points of curves by modifying the curves. This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Define which constraints will be highlighted and created automatically. This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Copy, move and rotate selected entities. |
Create a sharp, round, or chamfer corner between curves. |
Delete the selected item. |
Delete all dimensional and geometrical constraints and relations. This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Create a dimension. |
Trim line or curve portions that are cut by 2 other entities. |

Change the X and Y directions of the sketch. This appears under the Sketcher Tools options. |
Create an ellipse. |
