Volume Milling - Legacy Procedures > Parallel Cut - 3D

Access:

  1. Create a procedure.

  2. For Technology, choose Volume Milling as the main selection, and Legacy Procedures > Parallel Cut - 3D as the subselection.

Rough waterline cutting. Remove volume material from an enclosed region defined by part surfaces. Cutting is performed in vertical layers.

  1. For Technology, choose Volume Milling as the main selection, and Legacy Procedures > Parallel Cut - 3D as the subselection.

  2. Choose the appropriate cutter.

  3. Define the Geometry; the contours, part surfaces and part2 surfaces.

  4. Define the following Motion Parameters:

  5. Define the Machine Parameters .

  1. When finished, you can choose from the following Work Mode Dialog buttons:

    • Save & Close to suspend

    • Save & Calculate to execute

    • Save Original

    • Cancel
